How do I join a group?

To join a group, you need a unique 4-character Group Code from the group administrator. Tap "Join Group" on the home screen and enter the code to participate.

My steps aren't updating. What do I do?

Ensure you have granted "Read" permissions for Apple Health. You can check this in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security > Health > Fitness Challenge. The app syncs data whenever you open the leaderboard.

Can I participate in multiple challenges?

Yes! You can join and participate in up to 5 different challenge groups simultaneously. You can switch between your active groups directly from the Home screen.

Is my workout data private?

Yes. Your data is only shared with members of your specific group. We do not use your data for advertising or tracking. Review our Privacy Policy for more details.
